  • Inquiry Hotline (0800-789-007): Dedicated phone services are available in Mandarin, English, Vietnamese, and Indonesian from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Professional translation services are available for Indonesian and Vietnamese) to provide immediate answers to students' inquiries.

  • After-Hours Voice Message Service: Outside of regular office hours, an automated voice recording system is available. Students may leave their questions, suggestions, petitions, or reports, along with their contact information. These messages will be handled with high priority by our staff during regular working hours.

Ministry of Education Dedicated Website and Feedback Mailbox

  • Dedicated Website & Feedback Mailbox (www.nisa.moe.gov.tw): A new, dedicated counseling page has been established on the Network for International Student Assistance (NISA) website. It provides relevant laws and regulations, FAQs regarding studying and living in Taiwan, and contact channels for various competent authorities.

  • Online Feedback Submission: An online feedback mailbox is also available for students to submit their inquiries instantly, which will be followed up and handled by dedicated personnel.
